• Return & Refund Policy

    Return Eligibility:
    We gladly accept returns under the following conditions: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags attached. If your item is defective or damaged during shipping, please provide photos for verification.

    Non-Returnable Items:
    The following items are non-returnable: Used or damaged products, unless the damage is due to a quality issue. Sale items, customized, or personalized products (unless defective or damaged).

    How to Return an Item:

    1. Submit a Return Request: Contact our customer service team via email at support@fcsports.shop, including your order number and reason for the return.
    2. Return Confirmation: We will respond within 1-2 business days to confirm your return request.
    3. Return Instructions: Upon confirmation, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions.
    4. Return Shipping: Return the item within 15 days after receiving our confirmation, and please provide a tracking number for the return shipment.

    Return Shipping Costs:

    • If the return is due to a quality issue or an incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
    • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind) and the order has not been canceled, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

    Restocking Fee:
    We do not charge any restocking fees.

    Refund Process:
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund. If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days, please contact our customer service team at support@fcsports.shop.

    Order Cancellations:
    We accept cancellations under the following terms: Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel, please submit a request via email or phone, including your order number. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You can initiate the return process once the item has been received.
